Education: Murray State University (B.S., 1965); University of Kentucky (J.D., 1968). Assistant and Deputy Public Advocate, 1972-1982. Assistant Commonwealth Attorney, 1984-1998.

Member: Kentucky and American Bar Associations. [U.S. Army, Air Defense Artillery, 1968-1970].
